There is not much to say here, which is the point.
This site uses one cookie, and only once you put something in a basket. There is no analytics, no advertising and no third-party script on any page.

Consent banners exist because sites load trackers before you have agreed to them. A strictly necessary cookie that only holds your own basket does not need consent, so asking would be theatre.
Blocking cookies for this domain in your browser will not break browsing. The basket simply forgets itself between visits.
Our web server writes standard access logs containing IP address, timestamp and requested page. They are used to keep the site running and are discarded after 14 days.
