What we collect, why, and how long we keep it.
We collect the minimum needed to send you the thing you bought and to answer you if something goes wrong. We do not sell data and we do not run advertising trackers.

We do not store card details — those go straight to the payment provider and never reach our systems. We do not build profiles, we do not run advertising pixels, and we do not share your address with anyone except the carrier delivering your parcel.
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted where we are not legally required to keep it. Write to the address on the contact page and we will answer within 30 days.
