Shopper Sale is the trading name of the store operating this website. These terms apply to every order placed here.
Adding items to a basket is not an order. A contract exists once we send the confirmation email. If we cannot fulfil an order — because stock is wrong, or a price was listed in error — we will tell you and refund in full. We will not silently substitute a different product.
Prices are shown in euro and include VAT where it applies. Shipping is added at checkout and shown before you confirm. Prices can change, but never after your order is confirmed.
Payment is taken when the order is confirmed. If a payment fails after confirmation, the order is cancelled and nothing ships.
Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery. Full detail is on the delivery page.
You may cancel within 30 days of delivery without giving a reason. This sits alongside, not instead of, your statutory rights. See the returns page.
If an item is faulty we repair, replace or refund it. Normal wear and damage from misuse are not faults.
We are responsible for loss that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published when you place your order.
