One flat rate across the European Union, free once your basket passes €60. Every parcel is tracked and we send the tracking link as soon as the label is printed.

You will get two emails: one confirming the order, and one with the tracking number once the parcel is handed over. If the second email has not arrived within two working days, something went wrong on our side — write to us and we will sort it.
Shipments inside the EU carry no additional duties. Parcels to the United Kingdom and non-EU destinations may attract import VAT or handling fees charged by the carrier on delivery. Those are set by the destination country, not by us, and we cannot estimate them in advance.
Carriers hold parcels for a set period before returning them. If a parcel comes back to us we refund the goods in full; the outbound shipping cost is not refunded when the return was caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
